Q: Is there a deposit required for booking a party?
A: Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Q: Do you accept American Express or other credit cards?
A: We do not accept American Express. We do, however, accept: Visa, Master Card, Debit and Discover.
Q: What age groups is Fantasy Kingdom geared towards?
A: We are geared for children 6 yrs. and younger. We do understand that sometimes there might be siblings or guests with children that might be a bit older which we are fine with.
Q: How many kids and adults are included in your packages?
A: Our packages are priced out for up to 20 children and 30 adults (private parties) or up to 15 children and 23 adults (semi-private parties). This does include the birthday child. All children under the age of 1 yr. are free. If you go over the 20 child limit for private parties, there is a $12 charge per child which includes one extra adult. We can seat up to 42 children in our eating area. If you go over the adult limit, there is a $6 per adult. Semi-private parties are limited to up to 15 children and 23 adults as we are still open to the public during your event.
Q: What is your occupancy?
A: 99 people at one given time.
Q: What do children do during a party at Fantasy Kingdom?
A: PLAY! Children have a blast playing and using their imaginations! When a child enters Fantasy Kingdom, their eyes light up! They see a little city just their size! There’s a castle with two tunnel slides and a village which consists of a fire and police dept., pink house and little grocery store. There are plenty of costumes and toys in each building for all children to enjoy. There is even a toddler area with age-appropriate toys for children 2 and under.
Q: Do I have to set up and clean up after my party?
A: We take care of all your set up and clean up before, during and after your party.
Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We make it fun and easy for you so you can actually enjoy your party! We do all the set up and clean up of your event. We cut and hand out your cake. We bring all your gifts to your car.
Q: How is a typical party ran at Fantasy Kingdom?
A: When your guests come in, the first hour is play time for the children. The food is set up buffet style so the adults can take advantage of eating while the children are playing. After the first hour of play, the children are called in to the eating area to eat. After they are done eating, and while we still have their attention, we’ll start singing “Happy Birthday”. Then we will cut and hand out your cake. Once done with cake, our staff will wipe down the children’s hands so they can go back into the play area to play for the balance of the party.
Q: Are there any structured activities for the children?
A: No. It’s extremely hard to keep their attention for a long period of time at Fantasy Kingdom with our large structures and the fun they have with using their own imaginations. If you plan to extend your party or book a double time slot, then additional entertainment can be recommended.
Q: Do you provide all party supplies?
A: Depending on the party package you choose. The “Royal” and “Majestic” package comes with party supplies. The “Grand” package does not. If you decide the “Grand” package is the best package for you, we arrange a day for you to drop off all your party supplies to us in advance the week of your party.
Q: What supplies do I need to provide?
A: Our “Grand” package is the only package in which you are responsible for all your own party supplies. Once you reserve a party with us, we will provide you with a list of items you will need to purchase for your event.
Q: What supplies do you include?
A: Serving bowls, serving platters, serving utensils.
Q: Do you provide Ice?
A: We provide ice for cups. We do not provide ice for coolers.
Q: Do you offer any party extras?
A: Yes. We have a variety of extras ranging from balloons, party favors, musicians, face painting, and magicians. All prices are listed on “Party Extras” on our party page.
Q: Is food and beverage included?
A: No. Food and beverage is your responsibility. You are welcome to bring in food from anywhere. We have recommendations of places that deliver to Fantasy Kingdom frequently.
Q: What are your recommendations on how much food should I order?
A: If you plan to order pizza, our recommendations are as follows:
15-20 children 1-18” pizza
5-7 adults 1-18” pizza
(Please take into account these amounts can change depending on if you plan to have any side dishes and if you know there will be more men than women attending.)
Q: Is indoor parking included if I reserve a party?
A: One parking spot is included with our party packages. If guests choose to park inside, there is a $5 charge per car. Please note: on Saturdays and Sundays street parking is free and available for your guests.
Q: Can I extend my party?
A: Yes. You have the option of extending your party if you decide to reserve the last time slot of the day (5:30-7:30). We will prorate the extension time.
Q: Are taxes included?
A: All taxes are all inclusive in all of our party packages. Tax is added if you decide to add balloons and/or party favors. Tax is not added on service.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A 50% non-refundable fee is required in order to secure a spot. If you need to change the date of your party, this may be done with a 31-day notice of the original party date.
Cancellation 31 days or greater of event: You can apply your non-refundable deposit towards another package (membership or party package).
Cancellation within 30 days of event: If Fantasy Kingdom is able to sell your time slot, Fantasy Kingdom will then apply your non-refundable deposit towards another package (membership or party package); or
If fantasy Kingdom cannot sell the time slot, you will forgo your deposit.
